Cheyenne Gunsmith and Firearms, LLC and its affiliates are not responsible for any bodily injury, bodily harm, or accidental deaths that occur by misusing any product we sell. Any injury or death occurring from a product purchased or repaired from Cheyenne Gunsmith and Firearms, LLC or its affiliates is the responsibility of the purchaser or owner. Cheyenne Gunsmith and Firearms LLC and its affiliates assume no responsibility.
Prior to purchasing any products from Cheyenne Gunsmith and Firearms, LLC or its affiliates, you must check all BATF and individual state laws to ensure the desired product is legal in your state. For example, NJ does not allow “high-capacity” or full capacity magazine sales for civilian use. Cheyenne Gunsmith and Firearms, LLC will not fill any orders that are in violation of BATF or individual state laws or the return of any firearm that is accidently transferred. It is the sole responsibility of the purchaser to know all BATF and NJ state laws when ordering.
All transfer guns, purchased guns and gun parts left for gunsmithing must be picked up within 40 days of us receiving it, or a $10 a week storage fee may be applied in addition to the transfer fee and/or gunsmithing charge. Firearms must be paid in full within 30 days of initial deposit to order unless otherwise specified. Failure to do so will result in deposit forfeited and firearm sold. Firearms not picked up after 1 year from us receiving it will become the permanent property of Cheyenne Gunsmith and Firearms and disposed of without compensation to the transferee as we see fit.
Cheyenne Gunsmith and Firearms, LLC and its affiliates are not responsible for cancelled orders because of violation of BATF and individual state laws. For further questions regarding product acceptability in your state, please contact your local law enforcement agency or the BATF.
New merchandise is generally under warranty by the manufacturer or importer. Terms and conditions vary, so read the warranty materials enclosed in the packaging. Any defects are the responsibility of the manufacturer or importer.
We cannot repair or replace defective merchandise, exchange it, or give you a refund. Previously owned merchandise is sold “as is” and may not be under warranty. No exchanges are allowed for merchandise you have purchased from us without prior authorization. All sales are final.
Occasionally, firearm manufacturers issue a “product recall.” If one of your purchases from us is recalled, Cheyenne Gunsmith and Firearms, LLC will contact you with instructions from the manufacturer regarding the nature of the recall and how to get the problem resolved.
In most cases, if there is a factory defect, the manufacturer will cover any related fees and shipping charges. Cheyenne Gunsmith and Firearms, LLC and its affiliates are not responsible for any of the recall-related fees or charges.
All products that are sold by Cheyenne Gunsmith and Firearms LLC are under manufacturer’s warranty. Cheyenne Gunsmith and Firearms LLC ,or its affiliates are not a warranty or a repair station. Any repairs or product replacement due to manufacturer’s defect is the responsibility of the manufacturer. Customers can contact the manufacturer directly for warranty or repair work.
Please note that we sell guns to out of state customers through transfer to other FFL's. It is your responsibility to know the current NJ gun laws specifically dealing with Semi-Auto Rifles and shotguns. Most guns on the site can me gunsmithed to be NJ compliant for an additional charge. However some guns such as AR15 pistols and semi-auto shotguns with pistol grips are just plain not legal. If you have any questions please contact us before ordering. Any returns because of non compliant firearms will be subject to a 25% restocking fee or store credit for future purchase.
